Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return any product within 30 days of receipt, provided that:

• The product is unopened, undamaged, and in its original sealed packaging.
• You notify us of your intent to return before initiating the return.
• The product has not been personalised or made to order.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned unless they are defective or were damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
